How the free trial, plan changes, Stripe payments, invoices and cancellations work.

How the free trial, plans, payments and invoices work in SEOGenio.
Free trial
New accounts start with a free trial of an advanced plan – no credit card required. A reminder email arrives a few days before it ends; if you do not choose a plan, the account moves to the free plan and your data stays available within its limits.
Choose or change your plan
- Open Billing from the account menu.
- Compare plans and choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly costs less).
- Pay on Stripe's secure checkout page – the plan is activated immediately.
Upgrade at any time: new limits (sites, keywords, AI prompts, AI credits, seats) apply right away. See the pricing page for details.
Payment methods and invoices
- Payments are handled by Stripe; SEOGenio never stores card details.
- In the customer portal you can update your card and billing details and download receipts.
- Add your company name and VAT number in Account settings before the first payment.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Billing: your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the free plan. You can resume with one click before that date.
