Account
To use the service you must create an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity of your account and team members.
Plans, trial and payments
Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled from the dashboard. The free trial needs no credit card. Prices are shown excluding VAT on the Pricing page.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activities, to analyse websites in breach of laws or third-party terms, or to overload the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party data and services
Data from Google, AI engines and other providers is subject to their own terms. The data you upload remains yours; you can export or delete it at any time.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific rankings in search engines or citations in generative engines. Gilberti LLC’s liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Cancellation and governing law
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. These terms are governed by Italian law; consumers keep the protection of the courts of their place of residence.
